This policy explains how KALO handles the information you submit through the consultation request form on this website.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the form: area of interest, timeline, a short note, your name and mobile number, plus your organization and email if you add them.

Cookies and measurement tools

We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Visits are counted server-side: no cookies, and nothing is stored on your device, alongside Cloudflare aggregate measurement. Only with your consent do we run Microsoft Clarity, a Microsoft tool that produces heatmaps and an anonymised recording of page interaction so we can see what needs improving. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Google processes the measurement data and Microsoft processes the Clarity data.

To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the notice will appear again.

Purpose

To contact you about your request and prepare a suitable proposal. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Storage & protection

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in access-restricted systems. It is deleted when no longer needed or upon your request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time at info@kalo.sa, consistent with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
